Delete in the app
Sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
After successful deletion, the app signs out and clears account-linked local data.
Request without the app
Email from your account email with the subject “ClimbIQ account deletion”. Say whether you used email, Google, or Apple. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include the relay address. Never send your password or an authentication code. Ownership may need verification.
What deletion removes
Active ClimbIQ auth account, profile, sessions, boulder logs, calculated level and progress, first-party analytics linked to the account, sync receipts, access status, and ClimbIQ purchase-entitlement records.
What may remain
Limited de-identified audit records, temporary provider backups, and legally required fraud, tax, or accounting records may remain. Apple and Google retain their own records under their policies. Read the privacy policy for more information.
Before deleting
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. There is no current in-app export. If a recurring subscription is introduced later, store cancellation may be separate and will be explained before launch.
